Cancellation Policy

INTENSIVE POLICIES By registering for this intensive, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies: Registration & Payment Your registration is confirmed only after full payment has been received. Space is limited, and enrollment is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 14 or more days before the first day of the intensive are eligible for a full refund, less any processing fees. Cancellations made 7–13 days before the intensive are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the intensive, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. Transfer Policy If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to a future Warner Loughlin Intensive hosted by the same organizer. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the intensive and are subject to availability. Registration may only be transferred once. Attendance This intensive is designed as a complete three-day training experience. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and arrive on time. No refunds or partial credits will be issued for missed sessions or late arrivals. Instructor & Schedule Changes The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, venue, or instructor due to unforeseen circumstances. If the intensive is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive the option of a full refund or transfer to a future intensive. Photography & Media Photography and video may be taken during the intensive for educational and promotional purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your image or likeness to be used unless you notify the organizer in writing before the event. Code of Conduct This intensive is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and supportive learning environment. Disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the intensive without refund. Liability Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and attend at their own risk. The organizer, instructors, and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or for injuries resulting from participation, except where required by law. By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
